Glazing connects the greenery with the office space

Because the architects opted for a high number of glazings, both inside and outside the building, appropriate solutions were needed, and there is no shortage of these in the Alufire portfolio.

The safety of the employees is extremely important for the type of design solutions, hence so many fire protection solutions, such as Alufire Classic Line Door EI30 and EI60 and Alufire Classic Line EI60 glazed partitions, as well as several types of frameless fire resistant partitions: Alufire Vision Line EI60, Alufire Neo FR Line EI15, Alufire Neo FR+ Line EI15. The office building also features Alufire Neo aluminium and all-glass doors without fire resistance, and Alufire Neo Office Line frameless partitions. NOTE: Alufire Neo Systems’ products are only available in the Polish market for the time being.

The predominant colour is black, which is why all the powder-coated door and wall constructions are made of aluminium profiles in the same shade. Extra care was taken with all the details. Consequently, all the fittings used are also painted in the same black colour (handles, inserts, hinges, door closers). Depending on the needs of a visually coherent final result, it was decided to use, interchangeably, according to these needs, concealed or roller hinges or door closers concealed in aluminium profiles or surface-mounted, rail-mounted door closers. The comfort and safety of use is enhanced by the use of technical solutions such as reversing and aversion electric door openers, ejectors providing aeration, automatically dropping smoke and acoustic seals. System solutions using installation panels and electric locks enable trouble-free use of the benefits of the electronic access control system, ensuring security, limiting access to rooms by authorised people and, what is important in this project, the beauty and aesthetics of the solutions used.
